Finally here's my 2nd video. I have fast forward the video to prevent my video too lengthy. However, for shaping base on normal pace. How do you like my video? Please comment and I hope I can improve from there =) Today's recipe: 210g (70%) bread flour 90g (30%) rye flour 45g (15%) starter 223.5g (82%) water 6g (2%) salt 1 stalk fresh rosemary / 3g dried rosemary 45g (15%) Emmantle cheese (can be substitute with any cheese) Happy baking!
