Only two ingredient bagels, low carb , no gluten , no grain & no yeast. High protein bagels. Easy little snack! ………. These bagels low carb keto, but they’re gluten free, no yeast & no grains. Here’s what you need. . 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt 2 Cups almond flour . Mix together to create a dough. You can add a pinch of salt if you desire but not necessary. Create 6-8 balls , poke a hole in center. I brushed egg white over top but not necessary. Sprinkle your favorite seasoning & bake 350F oven for 20 minutes, they’re fab.
