Healthy habits: How I make my daily veggie juice

I've been making this veggie juice for decades and it's the one healthy habit I stick to, no matter what. Veggies are not only rich in essential minerals and vitamins, they're also high in antioxidants and phytonutrients - which are vital for protecting us from free radical damage. When I make this juice, I use as many veggies as possible, and only 1-2 fruits.
