Sabsige soppu rotti
Ingredients:
Sabsige soppu(DillLeaves):100gms
Rice flour : 2 cups
Salt:1/2 tsp
Cumin: 1 tsp
Green chilies: 3 or 4 finely chopped
Oil to pat rotti
Water to mix the flour
Method:
Wash Dill leaves thoroughly and chop it finely. Take a big vessel, add rice flour, salt, cumin seeds and green chilies and mix well. To this add finely chopped Dill leaves and mix well. Now add water little by little and mix well to make a tight dough. Now take a tawa/pan, apply oil. Take a small portion of the dough and pat it gently on the tawa to spread the dough and apply oil and roast on both sides to have a crispy rotti.
