The Department of Works & Highways recently held their first Graduate Development Program for thirteen of their civil engineers. Speaking during the event the Chief Executive Director of the Institution of Engineers in Papua New Guinea Benedict Mick, said the Civil Engineering profession is a pivotal force behind national growth.
