The will be gone in minutes!    INGREDIENTS 500ml warm water 1 tsp citric acid 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tsp vinegar (9%) 3 yolks 50ml oil Flour 850g   750g margarine 3 cups flour   METHOD In a bowl mix water, citric acid, sugar, salt, vinegar, egg yolks, oil and flour. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and let it rest for 20-30 min. Mix margarine with flour and make 12 balls. Roll out the dough and grease with margarine ball. Wrap it and refrigerate for 2 hours. Repeat it again, and roll out the dough third time, spread with margarine and wrap it along.
