    day 1: done
    day 2: done
    day 3: done, my body tells me it needs rest but idk < id="hidden14"br />day 4: got my period and took a day off
    day 5: done! Felt better that i took a break, i was feeling more flexible
    day 6: didnt have energy but did it anyway (i took some breaks)
    day 7: still didnt have energy and i was kind of shaking today but i did it and i just took one break
    day 8: took some breaks again but i finished it. Also tomorrow im going on vacation and i dont know if ill have time for some days to do it
    day 9: so i skipped this day
    day 10: i managed to do it today! But i dont know for tomorrow
    day 11: i did it! And im still on vacation!
    day 12: i didnt do it today but tomorrow im going hardd
    day 13: done
    day 14: done!
    so ive finished the workout. My body is definitely healthier and my metabolism has been better. Results are visual as well, my legs look more athletic than before in the hip area. Im gonna continue this until day 20 alone and then im gonna jump into another leg workout of hers. Recommended! Also, if you guys have another workout to recommend hit me up!
