Let's eat - Munich / Germany - Delicious Japan japanese bento and sashimi (making-of) We had lunch at Haguruma in Munich and it was delicious. It is a japanese restaurant, serving japanese specialties. They have a nice selection on their lunch-menu. I ordered the Haguruma bento box which was quite big and my girlfriend ordered the sashimi set. Every lunch order comes with a salad, a green tea and a miso soup. I was able to film the sashimi making-of. He prepared the set in a calm and very concentrated way. Really took his time and took really good care of every step. All the ingredients were super tasty and perfectly seasoned. The fish had a fresh and delicious consistency and taste.
