This Keto chocolate loaf cake is super moist, ultra simple and easy to make. Enjoy a slice and topped it with your favorite low carb fruit or ice cream. INGREDIENTS ¾ cup (210g) sour cream 3 large eggs at room temperature ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon (83g) melted unsalted butter or coconut oil 1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract 1 ¾ cups (175g) blanched almond flour 1 cup of granulated Lakanto monk fruit or any granulated sweetener of choice ⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder ( I used Hershey's 100% cacau) 2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder ½ teaspoon (2g) salt chopped walnuts or any nuts of choice (optional) Yields 12 slices (macros per slice) NET CARBS: 2.2g FIBER: 3.0g FAT: 9.7g PROTEIN: 6.7g CALORIES: 134 #ketocake #chocolateloafcake #ketodesserts
