Wrong-Way Driver Killed After Crashing Head-On Into Amazon Semi 18 Wheeler Truck In Miami-Dade FL A man driving a red Dodge pickup truck the wrong way crashed head-on into an Amazon delivery semi-tractor trailer 18-wheeler truck on the southbound ramp to the Palmetto Expressway from the Gratigny Parkway. Miami-Dade fire rescue rushed to the scene and tried to help the man within the wreckage of the pickup truck. Unfortunately, they were not able to save him ad he was pronounced dead on the scene. Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) Traffic Homicide Unit lead the investigation of the traffic fatality crash.
